Bank or game app?

This is a bank not a game so please try to fix your app asap we cannot log in always give us msg another user logged in from different location , and its not , always signed out after 20 to 30 sec and it gives gain same previous msg , and finger not working as well transfer error always ,and twice I signed in I found that my account 0 and different account number showing
