The latest update is totally useless . I cant sign in not even through laptop . Please check for quality and service standard before releasing any update . All my online work is pending . This is a serious issue and must be fixed as soon as possible .

Please do fix issue with sign in .. every time entering the correct user and pass and not accepting

The app used to be good. But now after they updated their banking system I cant login using my finger print and even with normal log in. What have you done guys?

This is a bank not a game so please try to fix your app asap we cannot log in always give us msg another user logged in from different location , and its not , always signed out after 20 to 30 sec and it gives gain same previous msg , and finger not working as well transfer error always ,and twice I signed in I found that my account 0 and different account number showing

I cannot open the app after the update ,,

The updated version crashes and doesnt open at all on iOS 7.0.4. Pls fix it ASAP.

App is crashing from startup

The new version is not working on iOS 7

Used to be a great app, i would make credit card and salik payments easily but it keeps giving an error when i try. I updated to the recent app and now doesnt even open just crashes. Using up to date ios and iphone 5s

The app closes by it self once i start it

Tried restarting the phone to see if it would open up. Still not opening up. The app was working perfectly before this new upgrade. Please fix it ASAP. Running iOS 5x on iPhone 4.

Why dont you add zakat option in the app??
